A friend of mine (female, underage) was recently locked out of her computer by her dad. This displeased me, as she kept me company on AIM on late nights when I had to study for tests and such.
Fortunately, I have succeeded in formatting my USB Flash Drive to be boot-able on startup, and installed a copy of Linux and some password-cracking software to it. It took me a few tries (had to download a half-gig .iso, which is kinda tiresome when you're also downloading about 17gigs of video... on a 54.0 Mbps connection), but I finally got it in the end. So now my friend can get on and off her computer whenever she wants.
This is the reason I spend so much time on the computer. The moment I get when I pop the flash drive into my desktop, turn it on and spam F12, wait about two minutes, then see "F23F42Y44" pop up on my screen.. is priceless. And it's so much better when I know it's going towards a good cause.
Of course, that also means that no computer is safe from my diabolical schemes anymore. In goes my flash drive, out comes your passwords.
I look forward to having long conversations with the aforementioned friend as well as the lulz I'll gain from "hacking" into my other friends' computers.
So how was your day? Oh, wait. I won't be able to hear you over the sound of my own awesomeness.
